Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the mentoring programmes offered by Career Kickstart (“we”, “us”, “our”). By enrolling in a programme, you (“the client”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Programmes Offered

1.1 (6-Week) Intensive Course

  • One-to-one mentoring over a 6-week period, covering CV review, interview preparation, graduate scheme applications, assessment centre preparation, and related career skills.​

  • ​Total price: £1,300.​

1.2 Extended Course (12 Months)

  • Includes the 6-Week Intensive Course plus continuous support for up to 1 year (weekly catch-ups after the initial 6 weeks).

  • ​Total price: £3,000.​

​2. Payments

2.1 (6-Week) Intensive Course

  • £100 non-refundable deposit required to secure your place.

  • £500 due at programme start (including the £100 deposit).​

  • £400 due after 2 weeks.

  • £400 due after 4 weeks.

2.2 Extended Course

  • Payment terms will be agreed upon prior to enrolment. Unless otherwise specified, the full balance is payable upfront or by an agreed payment plan.

2.3 Accepted Payment Methods

  • Payments must be made by bank transfer, card payment, or other methods as agreed. Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension or termination of services.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

3.1 The £100 deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances.​

3.2 If you cancel before the programme starts (after paying the deposit), no further charges will apply.​

3.3 If you cancel after the programme has started:

  • Payments already made are non-refundable.​

  • Outstanding payments remain payable, unless we agree otherwise at our discretion.

3.4 In the unlikely event we need to cancel or reschedule sessions, we will provide reasonable notice and offer suitable alternatives.

4. Rescheduling Sessions

4.1 Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

4.2 Missed sessions without notice will not be re-scheduled or refunded.

4.3 We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule any sessions we need to change due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Scope of Service

5.1 Mentoring sessions provide career guidance, CV support, interview preparation, and skills development.

​5.2 We do not guarantee any specific outcome, such as securing a job, internship, or graduate scheme offer.

​5.3 Responsibility for applications, interviews, and employment outcomes rests with the client.

6. Confidentiality

6.1 All information shared in mentoring sessions will be treated as confidential.

6.2 We may collect anonymised feedback or success stories for marketing purposes, but only with your consent.

7. Conduct

7.1 Clients are expected to engage respectfully and professionally during sessions.

7.2 We reserve the right to withdraw services if a client behaves inappropriately, with no refund given.

8. Liability

8.1 We will provide services with reasonable care and skill.

8.2 We are not liable for any loss, damage, or missed opportunities arising from use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
